Welcome to the ASHS Helmsman Auction - Stallion Service

Funds raised from the Helmsman Auction will go towards prizemoney and running expenses of The Australian Stock Horse Society 2008 Championships.

What is a Helmsman Auction?

A Helmsman Auction is a buyer friendly system which allows interested persons to purchase a stallion service at market value without the pressure of a public auction.

The Bidder can place bids of their choice on any service: there is no pressure to place another bid and you may bid on more than one service at a time. The system provides purchasers with time to consider another service if a bid has gone beyond their limit.

How do I bid?

Bidding Details must be lodged with The Australian Stock Horse Society Head Office on the appropriate form. Upon receipt of the form, purchasers will be given a Bidder's Identification Number (BIN). Bidder registration is free of charge. You can download a Bidder's Registration Form below or contact Head Office.
Please note: You cannot bid online.
