The Society was founded by breeders who wished to protect 200 years of selective breeding, important bloodlines that had proven themselves in quality, temperament and versatility.

Through their determination and strategic horse selection we now present to you horses that have the ability to excel in almost every equine discipline.

The National respect for this breed was shown in its selection as the feature of the 2000 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.
